Are you curious about the City's finances and/or budget preparation? Do you know how your water bill is determined? Do you have an understanding of the steps necessary to perform repairs to streets, parks, water, and sewer? Do you feel that the nuisance complaint you reported to Code Enforcement was ignored when you did not see immediate results? Are you familiar with the State laws that govern the requesting and releasing of City records? How about the State laws that govern the posting of Agendas and how meetings are conducted? Maybe you have questions about Public Safety and the steps that follow after you have made that 9-1-1 call. Maybe you would like to understand the responsibilities of the City Manager's office, the City Council or other Boards & Commissions. Or, just maybe you have questions about programs offered by the City, whether it be the Citizen's Police Academy, the many Library programs, or the Senior Citizens Activity Center. If this is you, we invite you to participate in the upcoming "Leadership Seagoville 2019" class.
