On 12/03/2014, a Dallas County Grand Jury indicted LOGAN MICHAEL DRUMM, 22, of Kaufman, for three felony offenses relating to the October 5th shooting that left one man dead and another injured in the Texas Shade Mobile Home Park. The Grand Jury passed down indictments against DRUMM for Murder, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon.
DRUMM is still being held in the Dallas County Jail on a collective $700,000 bond. No trial dates have been set.
