Senate Bill 1354 which became law on September 1, 2009, requires Master Plumbers to register with a city, however no contractor registration fee can be imposed. The City of Seagoville will also require all Master Plumbers who apply for a permit for new construction and any remodels over 50 percent in value or square footage to submit a riser diagram in three copies, a gas riser diagram if required, and a water riser diagram with the sizes and type of material that is going to be used.
