The City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas, (the “City”) annually adopts a budget under the provisions of Chapter 101 of the Texas Local Government Code (the “Act”).

Pursuant to the Act, the City will conduct a public hearing at its meeting on Monday, September 9, 2013. The second public hearing will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013. Both public hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at Seagoville City Hall, 702 N. Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159 at 7:00 p.m.
