EARLY VOTING BEGINS FOR MAY 9 ELECTION

With the May 9th Election Day quickly approaching, early voting by personal appearance will begin on Monday, April 27th. Seagoville voters will go to the polls to elect a Mayor and Councilmembers to represent Place 2 and 4 for the upcoming two-year term.

Election officials stated that early voting by personal appearance will be conducted on weekdays Monday, April 27 through Friday, May 1 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.; Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.; Sunday, May 3, from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m.; as well as Monday and Tuesday, May 4 and 5 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

In Seagoville, registered voters may vote early at Seagoville City Hall at 702 N. Highway 175 or at any other Dallas County branch early voting location. For those residents who are not currently registered to vote, the last day to register and still be eligible to vote in the May election is April 9, 2015.
