The Seagoville Police Department is now accepting applications for the 2015 Fall Session of the Seagoville Citizens Police Academy. The purpose of the class is designed to give our citizens a better understanding about law enforcement and how the Police Department works with our community. The classes provide a way to educate and develop positive relations with our citizens. Once citizens have graduated from the Academy they may become a member of the Seagoville Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. It is a volunteer program which volunteers serve as ambassadors of the police department by donating their time to work on community projects. The Fall academy is from September 1st, 2015 through November 17th, 2015 from 7pm-10pm, Tuesday nights at the Police Department. The course is free to the public.
