At the August 6th Council meeting, the City Council confirmed Mayor Sexton’s appointees to the 2010 Census Complete Count Committee:

Government – Denny Wheat
Education – Jeff Baker
Media – Tiffany Pugh
Faith Based / Religion – Dennis Childress
Community Based Organizations – Shareese Davis
Business – Phil Greenawalt
Recruiting – Carlos Vigil.

Christie Hernandez, Government Partnership Specialist assigned to the Dallas Regional Census Center introduced Nancy Guerrero the newly assigned Partnership Specialist to the City of Seagoville and briefly introduced the process for getting the Complete Count Committee’s work started. The Committee will begin meeting as soon as scheduling permits.
