On the night of 10/18/2016, the Seagoville Police Department received a report of a home robbery in the 2700 block of Maci Court. Responding Officers arrived to find one adult female victim with her two children.
The victim reported that she and her children had just returned home from attending the State Fair of Texas, when four male suspects almost immediately entered her home through the unlocked front door. Two of these suspects were described as being armed with handguns. One suspect was said to have remained with the victims, while the other three targeted and commenced to ransack a bedroom in the home.
The suspects obtained this victim’s handbag and an undisclosed amount of money from the home before fleeing the location. Seagoville Police Investigators are in the process of obtaining and reviewing home surveillance video from inside this residence. No suspects have been identified at time of this release; however this investigation is in its infancy.
