After sunset on the evening of October 27, 2016, Seagoville Police responded to the report of a suspicious person in C.O. Bruce / Central Park.  A teenaged female reported being approached by a Hispanic Male while she was seated alone on a picnic table.  During a brief conversation with this person, the teenage girl became nervous and uncomfortable with the presence of this individual.  As she got up from the picnic table, she reported this person did touch her on the leg and on her stomach.

After she left the vicinity and informed her parent of the incident, this person was no longer seen within the park.

No vehicle was reported seen associated with this person.  He is described as a Hispanic Male in his late 30’s or early 40’s, with distinctive wrinkles on his face and having a thin goatee. This individual was said to have also spoken with a thick Hispanic accent.   He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue basketball-style shorts.

If anyone has information as to the possible identity of this individual or was in the park around this time and witnessed this described person, you are asked to contact the Seagoville Police Department.  Detectives would like to identify and speak with this person.
