Citizens that attempt to contact the Service Center at 972-287-6823 or through the after hours call center at 972-287-2050 will receive an AT&T generated message stating " We are not accepting calls at this time". 

AT&T has been contacted and are scheduled to be on site before 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 12, 2016. 
Citizens with an extreme water or sewer emergency may request service through the non emergency number at the Seagoville Police Department:  972-287-2999 Extension #1.
