The City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas will hold a public hearing on the proposed Municipal Budget for the Fiscal Year 2010-2011 (October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011), on the 2nd day of September at 7:30 p.m. at the Seagoville City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175 Seagoville, Texas 75159

A copy of said budget is on file in the office of the City Secretary at City Hall for inspection by any interested party. A copy of the proposed budget is available for viewing in the Seagoville Public Library.

The FY2010-2011 Proposed Budget will raise less total property tax revenue than last year’s budget by $50,157, or -1.6% , and $25,583 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the roll this year.

Council is expected to vote on the proposed budget on September 16 2010 at the Regular City Council Meeting
