Join the Keep Seagoville Beautiful Commission on Saturday, November 6, 2010
for the 4th Annual Arbor Day Celebration.
Sponsored by Keep Seagoville Beautiful, the City of Seagoville, and Oncor Electric Delivery.
Opening Ceremony begins at 10:00 am.
Join KSB for for a morning of tree related demonstrations and family activities, including:

* Tree Planting Demonstration
* Tree Pruning Demonstration
* Composting Demonstration
* Recycling Education
* Magic Leaf and Bark Drawing
* Make A Twig Picture Frame
* Leaf Matching Activity
* Grow a Tree from Seed (Red Oak and Red Bud)

KSB Arbor Day Celebration has an anonymous benefactor who supplies excellent tree stock for the Arbor Day tree giveaway. A variety of trees in three gallon containers are offered free to Seagoville residents.The variety of trees for 2010 are: Red Bud, Pecan, Live Oak, Bald Cypress and Shumard Red Oak Trees.
Each registered participant will be entitled to two free trees, while supplies last. Limited quantities are available

Oncor Electric Delivery will provide refreshments for volunteers and participants.

Seagoville High School FFA will, once again be the volunteer work force for the day's activities. This awesome group of young people volunteered for the Arbor Day event in 2008 and 2009. Each year they do an outstanding job and KSB is looking forward to working with them again this year.
