September 23, 2020, Dallas County Health and Human Services is reporting a total of 348 additional cases (346 confirmed + 2 probable) of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The cumulative confirmed case count in Dallas County is 78,723 including 1,002 confirmed deaths.
