October 3, 2020, Dallas County Health and Human Services is reporting a total of 317 additional cases (260 confirmed + 57 probable) of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The cumulative confirmed case count in Dallas County is 83,178 including 1,033 confirmed deaths.
