In an effort to respond to citizen requests for extended hours of service, the City of Seagoville will implement a four day work week with extended hours.
The program will begin the week of July 11, 2011. The City Administration receives numerous comments that City Hall service hours require them to take off work to conduct business at City Hall.

City Hall and the City Service Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday. City offices and the Service Center will be closed on Fridays.

The Senior Citizens Center, Library, Police and Fire Departments will continue with the standard five day work week.
