Alarm Permits
The City of Seagoville requires citizens and businesses to have their alarms registered. The residential annual fee is $20 and the business annual fee is $30. You can download an Alarm Permit Application online, or pick one up at the Police Department.

Solicitor's Permit
The City of Seagoville, (Article 7.04-Peddlers, Solicitors, & Itinerant Vendors), requires solicitors to obtain a solicitor's permit in order to sell or make contact with the citizens within the City. You can obtain a solicitor's permit by visiting the Police Department or download the Solicitors Permit Form.
A non-refundable fee of $35 is required at the time you turn in your completed application for processing. A valid state driver's license or identification card is required for all subjects listed on the application. All subjects listed are subject to a background investigation. Approved permits will be valid for 30 days.
You will need to bring your completed and notarized application, along with the proper documentation, to the Seagoville Police Department located at:

Support office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The office is closed Fridays, weekends, and holidays. Checks should be made out to the City of Seagoville.
FLEA MARKET/LA PULGA PERMIT APPLICATIONS
The City of Seagoville, (Article Sec. 7.04.008 ), Flea Market Vendor's process has changed. As of October 2, 2023 all Flea Market vendors will need to contact the Health Inspector to set up an appoint for processing the application. Food vendors can now apply online at: https://seagovilletx.portal.opengov.com/ . In person- City of Seagoville, 702 N Hwy 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. Documents required to apply for food permit at the Flea Market: Food Manger Certification, Menu and Valid ID
Heli Hunting Permit Application
The City of Seagoville, (Article 13.02 Firearms), requires a Heli Hunting Permit in order to hunt from a helicopter. You can obtain a solicitor's permit by visiting the Police Department or download the Heli Hunting Application.
